2. Products and Pricing

•  All products are described and pictured as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or craftsmanship may occur due to the handmade and heritage nature of our garments. These are not considered defects.

•  Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

•  We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

•  All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

•  Payment is processed securely at checkout. We use [Shopify Payments] .

•  You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount including shipping and taxes.

•  We may cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

•  Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy.

•  Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier.

•  Title (ownership) of the goods remains with Rooh until full payment is received.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

We only accept returns for wrong size or defective/damaged items. Change of mind returns are not accepted.
